With iTunes open, connect your iPhone or iPod Touch. It will appear under Devices on the left.
Select your device and open the Films tab. To select which films you want on your iPhone or iPod Touch leave Automatically Include … films unticked, then put a tick next to each film you want to synchronise. Or if desired you can select all films, most recent films etc. on this page using the relevant options.
Note the usage bar at the bottom, and films can be ticked to sync.
Press Apply and your film will now synchronise to your device. Remember to check the bar at the bottom to make sure you have enough space on your device!
Watch the green window to see your film synchronised. You will be notified when it is complete.
